Orders paid via bank transfer are processed once payment is received in full (typically 1–2 business days). Confirmation will be sent by email.
3) Pricing Transparency
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Discounts, promotions, or vouchers must be applied before completing checkout.
4) Invoicing
- Customers automatically receive a digital invoice by email after successful payment.
- Business customers can request a VAT invoice including company name and registration number.
5) Payment Security
- All online payments are processed via Stripe using PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure.
- We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Bank transfers are verified manually through our corporate bank account before order dispatch.
6) Failed or Delayed Payments
- If payment fails, the order is not confirmed and inventory will not be reserved.
