2) Eligibility & account

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or suspected fraud/abuse.

3) Products, pricing & availability

• We may update product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability without notice. Prices include/exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability at the time of dispatch or digital delivery.

4) Orders & payment

• By placing an order, you represent that the payment method is valid and you are authorised to use it.
• Additional verification (e.g., 3‑D Secure) may be required. Orders may be cancelled or held if fraud is suspected.
• Billing currency, taxes, fees, and any import duties will be shown or linked at checkout.

6) Returns & refunds

Return windows, conditions, and methods are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

7) Digital goods

For digital goods and services (for example, eSIMs or downloadable content), fulfilment may be immediate. Once delivered or activated, these items are generally non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless required by applicable law.

8) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services or interfere with their normal operation.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

9) Intellectual property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by DPT TRADING LTD or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in London, United Kingdom, will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws provide you with rights to bring a claim in your country of residence.
