1) Statutory Consumer Rights
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (and related legislation) you have legal rights if goods are faulty or do not match the description, are not fit for purpose, or are not of satisfactory quality. These rights apply in addition to any warranty or guarantee we provide. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
2) Our Warranty Coverage
We offer a warranty on physical products purchased from dapita.store for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repair.
3) What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to accidental or intentional misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.
- Products used outside the environment or scope recommended in the product documentation.
- Consumable parts (unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship).
- Goods not purchased via dapita.store.
4) How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase (order number, date, product details).
- Email privacy@dapita.store with your claim details including photographs or other evidence of the fault.
- We will evaluate your claim and, if accepted, we will either repair the product, replace it, or refund it (at our discretion).
- We will inform you of our decision and next steps within 10 business days of receipt of your claim.
5) Remedies
If your claim is approved under our warranty, we will cover the cost of return shipping to us and the cost of repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund of the product purchase price will be given.
6) Extended or Manufacturer Warranties
If the product has a manufacturer’s warranty or an extended warranty you have purchased separately, this policy does not replace those rights. You may still claim under any manufacturer or third-party warranty in addition to your statutory rights. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
7) Limitation of Claims
You must make a claim in writing during the warranty period. After the warranty period, you may still rely on your statutory rights though you may need to prove the fault existed at delivery. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}

This warranty policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or business operations. The latest version is available on this page.
