1) Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for physical products purchased on dapita.store.
2) Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all accessories and labels.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Defective items are fully refundable, including original and return shipping costs.
3) Refund Amount
- Full refund of the product price to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective.
4) How to Request a Return
- Option 1 – Account Dashboard: Log in → “My Orders” → select order → “Request Return” → choose reason → submit request.
- Option 2 – Email Support: Send an email to privacy@dapita.store including order number, email, and reason for return.
5) Return Shipping
- Customers pay return postage for non-defective items.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the receipt.
- Lost or damaged parcels in return transit are the customer’s responsibility unless defective.
6) Refund Processing
- Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is issued.
7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired one.
8) Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support (privacy@dapita.store).
- Once an order has shipped, it can only be returned under this policy after delivery.
9) Damaged or Defective Products
- Report damage within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
10) Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable goods and personal care items.
- Products marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery.
11) Legal Rights (UK Consumer Law)
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Distance Selling Regulations. You have a minimum 14-day cooling-off period to return unused goods purchased online.
12) Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may refer unresolved disputes to the UK Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
