1) Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends are processed the next business day.
2) Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery takes up to 5 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and courier.
3) Shipping Methods & Tracking
- We ship via trusted postal and courier partners.
- Shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout before payment.
- Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order is shipped.
- Allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to update after dispatch.
4) International Shipping
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate; we cannot reship orders sent to incorrect addresses.
- Delivery times may be extended by customs inspection or local postal delays.
5) Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items that have not been used or worn and remain in their original packaging.
